Shop Maintenance Fee
To maintain an active shop on DIMATY and ensure continued
visibility to buyers, sellers are required to pay a maintenance
fee of 5,000 Naira every three months. This fee supports platform
operations and helps provide a reliable selling experience.
In the event of non-payment, your shop will be temporarily set to
inactive status. During this period, all your listings will remain
securely stored in your account but will be hidden from buyers.
Once the fee is paid, your shop will be promptly reactivated,
restoring full visibility to your listings.
